Often the negative moments can weigh a creative down. They spiral, until a whole year becomes the worst year ever. Yet, instead of focus on the overwhelming negatives as a whole it’s important to break apart these moments and find the good that is hidden amongst the bad which makes the ugly far less ugly.

Time doesn’t dictate when you will achieve success, only hard work and constant growth can help those dreams become reality

Goodbye 2017, Hello 2018. Once again a fresh start awaits, with endless possibilities ahead. The new year brings newfound hope that this year will be different from the last. Resolutions are set and it's time to rock. But what happened to last years resolutions? Did they become trophies of accomplishment, or shelved and forgotten about? 

How often have you made an excuse to not do something you wanted which could aid your career? These excuses are fear, a fear of the unknown and it is holding you back. We spend so much time seeking this imperfect word called perfection. Yet all we are doing is sitting safely in our comfort zone. Taking a chance might mean embarrassment and admitting you actually failed, however the act of failure will ultimately be your biggest success as you learn and grow in ways you never would if you were sitting back picking for perfection.

Satisfying the hunger of your passions is half the battle.  It is important to understand how to give it the right foods for a long and fruitful career . Otherwise you will starve to death and become another one of the majority, who used to chase their dreams before they gave up and settled on a more financially stable career.
